Do not Place shortened links on websites containing content that may be threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, adult content, pornography, contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or contain software which may cause damage to the viewer or the Site's server, and Do not Short any links which contains the same;
4. Do not shrink URLs which redirect to websites containing the above mentioned content;
5. Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to copyright content, child pornography, threatening, defaming, stalking, abuse, harassing or violating any person's or entity's legal rights;
6. Do not Offer an incentive or beg a visitor to click on your shortened links;
7. Do not spam any website, forum or blog with the Site's links;
8. Do not Bring fake/automated traffic of any kind to your links. This will get your account terminated automatically by our system. Manipulation of our system to gain views is also not allowed. This includes iframes, redirects, bots, proxies, traffic exchange, Email traffic, PTC traffic, hitleap, jingling, etc;
9. Do not automatically redirect to your shortened url from a website. The viewer must click on the link him/herself;
10. Do not Open your shortened URLs using an iframe or popups/popunder;
11. Do not Click on your own shortened urls to generate revenue. We reserve the right to not pay for the revenue generated;
12. Do not Create 'redirect loops' with hypershort.com URLs or similar services to generate revenue, Even adding a page between ours and other sites also considered as loop and will result in ban.
13. Do not Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans or other harmful code;
14. Do not Interfere with other publishers which are using the Site's service;
15. Do not Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed; and creating account with Self Referral also leads to ban.
16. Do not Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service and/or providing false or incomplete data.
17. HyperShort reserves the right to verify your traffic source whenever you request payout to prevent fraudulent clicks & revenue
18. Do not use Sub2Unlock and Similar sites which has pop up/adult ads , If we found anyone using like that we will deduct some amount from your account.
19. Do not use Pdisk Shortener. If we found anyone using Pdisk Shortener next to ours or before ours link will also result in deduction of amount from your account.
20. Do not Shrink the URLs which contain adult ads.
21. You can short any types of links like of apk files, pdf, etc.
22. All Non-Indian Payment Method Fee will be charged from user account.
23. HyperShort reserves the right to hold the payment of user who violate the rules of our system.
